Ford Certifies Barbados' First Master Technicians

McEnearney Quality Inc has reached a new milestone after two Service Department employees recently completed the training to become the first Ford Certified Master Technicians in Barbados.

Technical Advisor Ryan Toppin now proudly holds the certification as the crowning achievement to a 21 year long McEnearney career. Similarly, Technician Brian Jones has developed his expertise by achieving the certification after 14 years with the company. The Ford Master Technician Certification is the highest level achievable by Ford technicians and it covers such skills as working as a trainer, the ability to prioritize difficult maintenance and providing diagnostics of complicated key systems.

We are extremely proud of the accomplishments of these two Ford Master Technicians, who represent a bright future for Ford with MQI said Sean Lashley,  After Sales Manaer.

The Ford Motor Company certification consisted of an online course as well as an in-person assessment. The employees described the course as requiring great personal commitment and gratefully acknowledged the time off given by McEnearney to complete this certification.
