EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITY – Preparation & Delivery Agent

Ansa Rentals, the fastest growing car rental company in the market, is looking to hire vibrant and enthusiastic Preparation & Delivery Agents to join the team. If the description below fits you, we would love to hear from you!

 

Position Requirements:

Candidate must be skilled in interacting with customers, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, efficient processing of customer rental contracts, providing a comprehensive explanation of the rental agreement with each client and understanding the company’s computer system.

 

To be considered you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience within a customer facing environment
  • Minimum of three CXC passes including English and Mathematics
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Suite particularly Excel & Word
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
  • Willing to work in a challenging/fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, public holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Remuneration Package:

Remuneration package commensurate of qualifications and experience.

Position Requirements:

Candidate must be skilled in interacting with customers, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, efficient processing of customer rental contracts, providing a comprehensive explanation of the rental agreement with each client and understanding the company’s computer system.

 

To be considered you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience within a customer facing environment
  • Minimum of five CXC passes including English and Mathematics
  • A certificate in Customer Service from a recognized institution would be an asset
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft Suite particularly Excel & Word
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Sales driven, self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
  • Willing to work in a challenging/fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license is necessary
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, public holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
