New Traffic Flow & Parking Arrangements for the MQI Complex

New traffic flow and parking operations and requirements will be in place for the McEnearney Quality Inc. (MQI) complex and facilities. Please take note of these changes to safely facilitate the revised procedures and facility changes.

The Parts Department has moved to the western end of the MQI Complex. The parking area “E” directly in front of the Parts Department (PD) and Customer Service Division (CSD) will be strictly for Customer Parking Only. Access to the PD & CSD will be through the roadway between the KIA and Ford Showrooms; this is a One Way Access Only as indicated by the red arrows on the illustration. To exit the PD and CSD area; vehicles will turn right at the junction facing the Luther Thorne Primary School and head towards the Wildey Main Road.

Vehicles departing the PD and CSD parking area labelled “E” will be required to stop at this junction to either turn (i) left to go to the Collision Repair Centre (CRC) or (ii) to turn right to exit the MQI Complex.

The roadway adjacent to the Luther Thorne Primary School will now be One Way Only towards the direction of the Wildey Main Road. At the end of this roadway there is a barrier arm that will be in operation to prevent access into this road from the Wildey Main Road. The barrier arm is controlled by electronic eyes and will be activated into operation as vehicles exit the MQI Complex.
